Returns and refunds
Is the size you purchased wrong or are you not satisfied with the product? HardSkin's returns policy allows you to request a refund or replacement within 14 days from order receipt.

The return shipping cost is charged to the customer. In order to proceed with the refund or replacement, it is necessary to indicate the details of the order.
We will refund the money or ship the new item as soon as the product has arrived at our headquarters and checked by our staff.
We accept replacements and returns only if the product has never been used, washed and still has the tags attached.
Quality control is part of our job, as is attention to detail. If the product you have purchased has a material or manufacturing defect, we will remedy: all Hardskin products have a two-year warranty from the date of purchase and cover all manufacturing defects that are not due to falls, poor care or natural deterioration of the product.
Warranties are accepted only for products purchased through the official channels linked to hardskin.it.
To activate a return request, please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order details and the problem you had. We will organize the return shipment and the replacement of the defective product.
