RETURNS
Hardskin’s return and exchange policy allows you to request a refund or dispatch of the same garment in another size within 14 days after delivery of the order.
The return or replacement package is carefully prepared and closed, must be sent to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer: In order to be able to proceed with a refund or exchange, the order details must be provided. If you have any questions or need additional information, please email info@hardskin.it to speak with our Customer Care, service is available during business hours Monday through Friday.
We will make the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase, or the dispatch of the new garment in the requested size, as soon as the parcel has arrived at our premises and has been checked by our personnel for integrity.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the product has not been used, has not been washed and still has the tags attached.
Furthermore, customised items cannot be returned or refunded at the customer’s request.
GUARANTEE
Quality control is part of our work, as is attention to detail.
If the product you purchased has a material or manufacturing defect, we will endeavour to rectify it: all Hardskin products are protected by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers all factory defects that cannot be attributed to drops, poor care of the product or natural deterioration of the product.
The guarantee is only valid for products purchased through official sales channels linked to the brand Hardskin.
To submit a return request, contact our customer service department by emailing info@hardskin.it, including your order information and the defect found on the product, possibly accompanied by photographs. We undertake to organise the return shipment and to replace the product with another of equal value and without the defect.
SHIPPING COSTS
The handling of your order starts from our premises, where the items are sorted and packed and then handed over to the courier. The shipping times indicated are valid from the moment the order is handed over to the courier.
External factors such as delays, holidays, strikes, logistical problems, adverse weather conditions or the inability to access the given address may affect the punctuality of delivery.
International delivery times and costs vary depending on the country of destination. The shipping conditions are automatically updated during checkout when you enter the shipping address.

- shipping to Italy is handled by GLS and is free for orders over €49.90. For orders under €49.90, shipping costs are €9.99.
- in Europe shipping is free for orders over €69.90.
For orders under €69.90 it is €15.00 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary). - for shipments to the United Kingdom the charges are €35.00, while to North America and other continents the shipping charges are €70.00.
