Hardskin’s return and exchange policy allows you to request a refund or dispatch of the same garment in another size within 14 days after delivery of the order.
Exchanges and returns are accepted only if the product has not been used, has not been washed, and still has the tags attached.
In addition, items that have been customized at the customer’s request cannot be returned or refunded.

The package for the return or exchange must be properly packed and sealed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs: to process a refund or exchange, you must provide the order details.
