Terms and conditions of sale


These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter General Conditions) are valid and apply between the company ASLAN TECH SRL, with registered office in Via Antonio Salieri 32, Vallese di Oppeano (VR), 37050, Verona, C.F. VAT no. 04670900234, REA VR – 439507, enrolled in the Register of Companies of VERONA no. 04670900234, e mail: aslantechsr@legalmail.it, tel: +39 045 4550101 fax+39 045 4550102. (hereinafter referred to as ASLAN TECH) and any person who makes a personal online purchase on the website www.hardskin.it owned by ASLAN TECH and not within the scope of the profession, art or business exercised and who is therefore qualified as a final consumer under the Consumer Code (hereinafter referred to as THE CUSTOMER).

The present General Conditions regulate the purchase of products made on the Website (hereinafter the Products) by the final consumer CUSTOMER in compliance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 on e-commerce.

Before the conclusion of the contract, the CUSTOMER is informed of the characteristics of the product, price, shipping costs, taxes, payment methods and terms, shipping date, delivery term, right of withdrawal, product warranty, which he/she takes note of and accepts.

The CUSTOMER is obliged to provide truthful data and must be of legal age.

If a subject who does not qualify as a final consumer, e.g.: sports clubs, associations, institutions, professionals, is interested in purchasing the product, ASLAN TECH should be contacted via e-mail ecommerce@hardskin.it and at the following number +39 335 771 99 62 for the stipulation of a separate contract.


With these general conditions of sale, ASLAN TECH sells and the CUSTOMER purchases online, through the SITE, the products visible in the individual PRODUCT SHEETS on the SITE at the time of order.

The presentation of the products on the SITE constitutes an invitation to offer, not a public purchase offer.

The CUSTOMER declares that he/she has the appropriate technology to access the SITE and to be able to take advantage of what is offered by the SITE.


The CUSTOMER who intends to send a purchase order without registering must follow the instructions indicated on the SITE and provide the data requested.

If the CUSTOMER intends, before proceeding with the purchase, to register, he must follow the instructions indicated in the appropriate section of the SITE.

The registration is valid for the CUSTOMER with the exclusion of third parties.

The CUSTOMER guarantees the correctness of the data provided to ASLAN TECH.

THE CUSTOMER guarantees ASLAN TECH the confidentiality and protection of the data also to access his account and that the same will not be used by third parties.

The purchase order constitutes a contractual proposal of purchase.

ASLAN TECH specifies that the images of PRODUCTS and related information on the SITE are merely indicative.

Consequently, there may be differences e.g. in colour, size, etc. between what appears on the SITE and the product.

The CUSTOMER undertakes, before sending his order, to read these general conditions by clicking on the appropriate box.

By sending the purchase order, the CUSTOMER accepts these general conditions.


The registered/non-registered CUSTOMER places the purchase order in accordance with the procedure indicated on the WEBSITE in the special section called CART where the CUSTOMER can view the price including VAT, payment methods, delivery terms and shipping costs for each product.

Once the purchase order has been received, the system automatically sends an email to the CUSTOMER for confirmation. If the customer is registered and has an account, he/she can see the status of his/her orders and the history of orders already placed.

The confirmation will indicate: the order status, the order number to be used in any further communication between the parties, the CUSTOMER’S data, the PRODUCT and its characteristics, the price, the payment method and terms, the shipping costs, the delivery address, the applicable taxes.

In the order confirmation, the CUSTOMER will accept these GENERAL CONDITIONS.

The purchase procedure shall be concluded only when the CUSTOMER has paid the price.


ASLAN TECH reserves the right to refuse the order if the data provided by the CUSTOMER is not true, if the CUSTOMER is not solvent or there are indications of non-solvency, if the PRODUCT is no longer available.

The purchase procedure will be concluded only after the payment of the price by the CUSTOMER.


The price of the PRODUCT is indicated on the SITE and is expressed in euros.

It is VAT included.

Shipping costs are charged to the CUSTOMER if the purchase order is worth up to euro 150,00 (euro one hundred and fifty/00); they are charged to ASLAN TECH if the purchase order is worth more than euro 150,00 (euro one hundred and fifty/00).

ASLAN TECH reserves the right to modify the prices of PRODUCTS at any time.

The change has no effect on orders already sent by the CUSTOMER to ASLAN TECH.


The methods of payment of the price by the CUSTOMER are:


Nexi is a gateway and accepts payments on the circuits VISA, Visa Electron, V-Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, UnionPay, JCB and the main wallets. It accepts all types of cards such as debit, credit and prepaid cards (https://www.nexi.it/business/accettazione-pagamenti/circuiti-accettazione.html).


The price is committed to the credit card or Paypal account at the time when:

– the CUSTOMER sends the order to ASLAN TECH and the latter sends the order confirmation for the purchase of goods or the CUSTOMER displays the relative confirmation on the site.

Payment is handled directly by the bank that manages the CUSTOMER’s credit card in order to guarantee security.

If the CUSTOMER pays by credit card, he/she must provide the data requested on the site.

If, on the other hand, he pays by Paypal, he will be sent to the page dedicated by Paypal and follow the relative instructions.

If due to incorrect data or other technical problems it is not possible to conclude the payment phase of the price, the purchase procedure cannot be considered concluded and the CUSTOMER will see it directly from the SITE and ASLAN TECH has no obligation to execute the order.


Shipment and delivery will be made only after payment of the purchase price.


Delivery will be made, purely indicatively, within 24 hours in Italy (peninsula) and within 48 hours in the islands from the completion of the purchase procedure and only after payment of the price by the CUSTOMER.

If the delivery period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or other holiday, the delivery period is the next working day.

For foreign countries, the SITE will indicate for each country whether or not delivery is possible and the relative delivery term, which is merely indicative.

ASLAN TECH delivers to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER.

Deliveries are not made to post office boxes.

The courier may inform the CUSTOMER of the incoming shipment or non-delivery.

It is the CUSTOMER’S obligation to collect the product on the date indicated.

ASLAN TECH is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, for failure to find the goods from its supplier and for any cause not attributable to it.


ASLAN TECH issues an invoice for each product purchase.

The courtesy invoice will be sent by e mail to the CUSTOMER or included in the shipment itself.


Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.

In the case of multiple orders with separate deliveries, the CUSTOMER has the right to exercise the withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the last product.

The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise withdrawal must give written notice to ASLAN TECH at the following e-mail address ecommerce@hardskin.it or by fax at n+39 045 4550102 or by filling out the following form to be sent to ASLAN TECH SRL at the following e-mail address: ecommerce@hardskin.it

This form can be viewed, completed and sent from the appropriate section of the SITE.

If the CUSTOMER has exercised the right of withdrawal, he/she must return the products received within the next fourteen (14) days from sending the withdrawal notice to ASLAN TECH SRL Via Buzzi 12, 20017 Rho Milan.

Shipping costs remain at your charge.

The product must be intact, in its original packaging, complete with packaging and all documentation including tax documentation.

Once ASLAN TECH has verified compliance with the above, it will refund the amount of the products and the initial shipping costs within fourteen days.

The refund will be made using the same method of payment as the price.

The CUSTOMER is reminded that the CUSTOMER’s right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions set out in Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

“Art. 59 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
1. The right of withdrawal referred to in Articles 52 to 58 for distance and off-premises contracts is excluded in respect of
(a) service contracts after the service has been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer’s express agreement and with the trader’s acceptance that the right of withdrawal will be lost following full performance of the contract
(b) the supply of goods or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which the trader cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
(c) the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
(d) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
(e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery;
(f) the supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods;
(g) the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after thirty days and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;
(h) contracts where the consumer has specifically requested a visit by the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repair or maintenance work. If, on the occasion of such visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than replacement parts necessary for carrying out the maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or goods;
(i) the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been opened after delivery;
(l) the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications
(m) contracts concluded at a public auction;
(n) the provision of accommodation for non-residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering services or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance
(o) the supply of digital content by means of a non-material medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgement that he would then lose his right of withdrawal.


In the event of a lack of conformity of the goods sold, the CUSTOMER has the right to have the conformity of the product restored, free of charge, by repairing or replacing it, or to an appropriate reduction in the price, or to terminate the contract.
The CUSTOMER may request, at his discretion, ASLAN TECH to repair the product or replace it, free of charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other pursuant to paragraph 4 art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
ASLAN TECH will carry out the repairs or replacements within thirty days of the defect being reported by the CUSTOMER.

The CUSTOMER can ask, at his choice, for a reasonable reduction in price or termination of the contract if one of the following situations occurs: a) repair or replacement are impossible or excessively expensive; b) the seller has not repaired or replaced the goods within the term indicated; c) the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused significant inconvenience to the CUSTOMER.
If a price reduction is made ASLAN TECH will take into account the use of the good.

Art. 130 of the Consumer Code applies.

The CUSTOMER must denounce in writing via e mail ecommerce@hardskin.it or via fax at n+39 045 4550102 to ASLAN TECH the conformity defect which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the product.

The CUSTOMER will be forfeited if he does not make the complaint within two months from discovery.

The CUSTOMER is obliged to use the product in compliance with the instructions indicated in the technical sheet or in the installation, use and maintenance manual.

ASLAN TECH is not responsible for inefficiencies due to malfunctions of the Internet network which prevent access to the site or its functionality nor for inefficiencies due to management and/or maintenance requirements of the SITE.


The goods are sold in compliance with the regulations in force complete with the instruction sheet or relative manual of use, maintenance and installation.

ASLAN TECH is not responsible for any pecuniary or non-pecuniary damage, direct or indirect, to persons or property, including the goods sold, suffered by the CUSTOMER arising from or related to the installation, use, maintenance of the goods sold not conforming to what is indicated in the relevant card or manual.

ASLAN TECH is not responsible for any pecuniary or non-pecuniary damage, direct or indirect to third parties arising from or connected with the installation, use, maintenance of the goods sold.


Italian substantive and procedural law applies to these general conditions.


The CUSTOMER may request the extra-judicial resolution of the dispute in accordance with EU Regulation no. 524/2013, online at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

In any case, the CUSTOMER may refer the matter to the ordinary judicial authorities.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation and application of these general conditions shall be settled by the Court of the residence or domicile of the Customer, if located in the State.


The processing of personal data relating to the purchase is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 2003/196 as amended by Legislative Decree 2018 No. 101.
