1-Object
The following conditions of use apply to the site www.hardskin.it.
The site www.hardskin.it is the property of Aslan Tech srl with registered office in Via Antonio Salieri 32, Vallese di Oppeano (VR), 37050, Verona, C.F. P. IVA 04670900234, REA VR – 439507, registered in the Companies’ Register of VERONA n 04670900234,
ASLAN TECH srl reserves the right to modify these conditions of use at any time at its sole discretion.
The user accessing the WEBSITE must view and fully accept these conditions of use.
2-Use of the site limits
The user has the right to access the site for consultation, to subscribe to the newsletter and/or to make purchases of the products and/or services indicated therein on condition that he/she has reached the age of majority.
Some sections can be freely visited by the user, others are only accessible after registration.
It is permitted to view the website, download and print parts of it for strictly personal purposes only.
The user is prohibited from any other use of the website.
Under no circumstances may the user use the site and / or its individual content, images, data, information for purposes that are defamatory, discriminatory, damaging to any right of Aslan Tech or third parties and / or integrating the extremes of a crime and / or contrary to law, public order and morality.
The images and characteristics of products and services on the SITE are merely indicative and the SITE and its individual content, images, data, information and anything else contained therein do not constitute a public offer to purchase.
3-Protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.
The site and/or its single components, texts, graphics, images, colours, audio and/or video contents, information, writings, trademarks, distinctive signs, names are the property of ASLAN TECH or the same is authorized to the relative legitimate use.
They are protected by international and national copyright law and by regulations on trademarks and distinctive signs.
They may not be downloaded, copied, processed, modified, translated, reproduced, archived, transferred, linked, published, distributed, disseminated, transmitted, communicated in any form or manner, in whole or in part, and/or transferred for any reason by the user.
The hardskin trademark is registered.
Any unauthorised access to the SITE or the server or tracing of user/customer information and data, or the use of software or procedures or tools designed to impair, alter, block, prevent or otherwise affect the proper functioning of the SITE is also prohibited.
4- Account and security
The user, a natural person of age, guarantees the correctness of the data provided to the SITE both for the relative registration and for making purchases without prior registration.
In order to subscribe to the newsletter, the user must first register.
In order to purchase the products and/or services indicated on the Site, the user can register even though, as mentioned above, the purchase can be made without registration.
In order to register, the user must provide the requested data and password, thereby creating his own account.
Registration is personal and valid for one user only.
The user guarantees ASLAN TECH the confidentiality and protection of data to access his account and/or make purchases as a non-registered user and that the same will not be used by third parties.
5- Links and banners
The SITE contains links that direct the user to other sites and banners.
ASLANT TECH is not responsible for the contents and images of the linked sites to which the link or banner refers, which cannot be said to be shared and/or in any way supported or accepted by ASLAN TECH for which it assumes no responsibility.
Access is therefore the exclusive responsibility of the user.
6- Violation of the conditions of use – consequences
If the user violates the conditions of use of the Site he assumes all responsibility for all the prejudicial consequences that may arise and for any damage suffered and/or incurred by ASLAN TECH and/or third parties.
7- Liability
ASLAN TECH is in no way responsible for any claim, request, pecuniary or non-pecuniary damage, direct or indirect, deriving from and/or connected to the content, images, information and functionality of the Site as well as, by way of example, for failure to access the Site, blocks, errors, omissions, interruptions, viruses, destructive functions and anything else that may derive from the use of the SITE or from its failure to access or use it.
ASLAN TECH assumes no responsibility for the fact that the information provided by the user/customer is intercepted and/or used by third parties.
8- Applicable law and competent court
Italian substantive and procedural law shall apply to these conditions of use.
The competent court for disputes not falling under the jurisdiction of the specialised business section is the Court of Verona.
9- Processing of personal data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and dlg 196/2003 as amended by dlgs 2018/101.
