CONDITIONS OF USE HARDSKIN GIFT CARD

The Hardskin Gift Card is intended exclusively for the purchase of items sold by Hardskin and available on the Hardskin eCommerce site www.hardskin.it.

 

The Hardskin Gift Card is sold in different denominations. After activation, which is done by paying the selected amount using the payment methods accepted on our website www.hardskin.it, the Customer receives an email with a proof of purchase to keep, indicating the selected amount.

 

Hardskin Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The amount charged on the Gift Card does not accrue interest.

 

The Hardskin Gift Card is redeemable in a single payment, so it can only be used for one purchase on a minimum cart equal to the face value of the Gift Card until the cart is used up and cannot be used to purchase further Hardskin Gift Cards.

 

In the event of loss, theft or damage (e.g. illegible code number), the card cannot be refunded or replaced.

No liability can be attributed to Hardskin for improper or fraudulent use of Hardskin Gift Cards.

 

In the event that the initial value is insufficient to purchase the desired items, the missing amount must be paid using the payment methods accepted on the Hardskin eCommerce website.

 

A maximum of 1 Gift Card can be used at a time on a single shopping cart.

 

Any claim relating to the use of the Hardskin Gift Card may be sent by email to info@hardskin.it or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Hardskin head office.

 

The purchase and use of the Hardskin Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms of use.

Any dispute relating to the use of the Hardskin Gift Card shall be governed by Italian law.
